St. Pete Real Estate Agent Brand Photoshoot

The real estate marketing is booming in 2022! Especially in the Tampa Bay Area. I’ve worked with more real estate agents this year than I have in the last three years.

With the demand so high, it’s super important to establish your brand online to attract your ideal clients. Whether you’re selling luxury homes or affordable homes, use your content to show your personality and educate them on the home buying process.

If you need content ideas for your real estate business, consider these:

  • Share new deals you’ve closed. This shows potential clients that you’re getting the job done for your current clients and can help them too. Share a photo of the home with your photo layered on and tell the story of how you got it under contract.

  • Share open house announcements. Create a flyer in Canva with a photo of the home and all the details (date, time, address). Or create a short video walking through the home or the main area of the home with the details layered on the video. Include a photo or video of you (bonus points if you’re holding an open house sign) to make that personal connection.

  • Share hot spots in the area where you’re selling. That new grocery store, restaurant or a beautiful beach or park. You’re selling more than the home, you’re selling the area.

  • Share educational content for new and current homebuyers. You can still educate homeowners who already closed on their home, to encourage them to refer friends to you! Create short videos of you talking to the camera (be sure to add captions), share a carousel of photos of you, homes and photos of hot spots around town with text layered on with your tips.

  • Share your personal likes related to your industry. Where do you like to buy furniture? What are your favorite home organization hacks? What are the best books, podcasts and resources for real estate agents? Share photos and videos of you working on your laptop at a beautiful coffee shop in your area, sipping coffee, and talking on the phone.

Hope those are helpful!

We created the below images for Monique, who is a St. Pete real estate agent. She wanted headshots and photos of her process to show how much she pays attention to the details in a home. We also created lifestyle photos of her lounging, working on listings and working in a home setting.

I loved her wardrobe choices, especially that green shorts suit! Business on top and fun on the bottom. If you’re looking for a shorts suit for your own content creation, check out a few I found below:
